10.1 Over-scale and Underscale
The table below shows displays, description, control actions and solutions when the Measured value
(PV) exceeds the display range.

Prior to replacing the sensor, always turn OFF the power or change to STOP with
RUN/STOP transfer. As for care which should be taken when replacing the pressure
sensor, refer to the instruction manual for “Pressure sensor used.”
