When Beam has been selected from the Display
Format drop-down menu, the readings will indicate
channel and sample as the pointer passes over the B-
scan display (see also
section 5.3.1.2 above
5.3.10 Automatic Update of Auto Pilot Settings
The Settings
–> Autopilot button appears to the right on
the sonar image control portion of the Primary Display.
The button updates the settings in the AutoPilot Parameters dialog (see
section 4.2.10
When operating in Auto Pilot mode the button cannot be selected.
5.4 Motion Tab
When the Roll Stabilization option has been enabled, the sonar wedge display (see
section 5.3.1 above
) will display motion compensated data with a precision of within
±0.025°. If the compensated data does not appear, select the Motion option from the
Configuration menu to enable it (see
section 4.2.7 Motion
NOTE
Care should be taken to ensure that roll stabilization is correctly configured and
operational prior to collecting survey data.
