4.3 Frequency Switch (System Menu)
With a dual-frequency SeaBat 7125 system, it is possible
to switch the frequency on the fly. This MUST be done
either via the System menu or the radio buttons on the
Main Sonar Settings tab (see
section 5.7.1.8 Frequency
); simply clicking the desired Primary Display tab
will not change the frequency.
Once another frequency has been checked, the system immediately switches to the
selected Primary Display tab and its corresponding sonar controls (see
section 5.7
). The wedge display will briefly show this message:
