From the Off main screen, press the 2-Wire Path button.

The 2-Wire Path On/Off screen will appear. Normally the 2-Wire
path will be ON, unless you have previously turned it off. Press the
Off button.

A confirmation screen appears. To turn off the 2-Wire path, press
and hold down the Yes button for four seconds. If you’re not sure,
press No.

A confirmation screen appears.

The OFF dial position screen will now display the message “2-Wire
Path Off.

Repeat this process and press the On button to restore power to
the 2-Wire path.

NOTE:
It’s not necessary to leave the controller dial in the OFF
position when the 2-Wire path is off. You can still change Programs
or perform other tasks. But while the 2-Wire path is powered
down, the controller’s alarm light will be lit and a 2-Wire Path Off
message will be displayed whenever the controller dial is at the
OFF or AUTO dial positions.
