To define a Forward Prefix, Zone Prefix or Exit Zone prefix for the Gatekeeper
1. In the Application Parameters screen click the Services Definition button. The
Gatekeeper Services Definition Table is displayed.
2. Select the built-in service you want to define (Forward, Zone Prefix 1, Zone prefix 2 or
Exit Zone), and click
Edit . The Services Definition screen is displayed.
3. In the Prefix field enter the prefix for this service. The prefix can be up to 31
characters long. Valid characters are 0 through 9, pound ( # ), asterisk ( * ), and comma
( , ).
4. Specify the availability of the service. See the table below for service accessibility
options.
5. Notify users that this service has been defined and is available.
