Retrieves the following measurements:
Trigger level voltage
Minimum trigger level voltage

Positive pulse width
Negative pulse width
Time interval
Totalize
Phase difference
Functional tests
FETCh? [<count>[,<start>[,<step>]]]
Description:
Returns the result of the previous measurement.
Parameters:
The default value of <count> is the number of measurements for
the Array. The default value of <start> is 1. The default value
for <step> is 1. The number of values returned is <count>. The
first of the values returned is value <start>, and then all <step>
values after start are returned.
The reading placed on the VXI output buffer is in exponential
form. For example, a 5 Mhz reading will be returned as follows:
+00005.006. The number of returned bytes in the
VXI output buffer is fixed at 18 bytes.
