Hysteresis Check
for Input 1
Set the UCT to its default state. Select 50
Ω
impedance for Input
1.
Equipment: Signal Generator
Configure UCT as follows:
*RST
returns unit to default state
INP1:IMP
50
selects
50
Ω
impedance
Set the signal generator to 10MHz, 15mV and apply to Input 1.
Verify that the UCT has a stable reading. Enable Hysteresis for
maximum and verify the UCT no longer counts. Increase the
signal generator output level to 30mV and verify the UCT has a
stable reading.
Command syntax:
INP1:COMP:HYST:REL MAX enables

MEAS1:FREQ?
takes
a
measurement
Disconnect the test equipment.

for Input 2
Set the UCT to its default state. Select 50
Ω
impedance for Input
2.
Equipment: Signal Generator
Configure UCT as follows:

INP2:IMP

50
Ω
impedance
Set the signal generator to 10MHz, 15mV and apply to Input 2.
Verify that the UCT has a stable reading. Enable Hysteresis for
maximum and verify the UCT no longer counts. Increase the

stable reading.
