In the Report Criteria dialog box, choose how you want to sort the report and how you want to group the 
report. It is possible to limit the report by selected objects:

•

Cartridge

•

Tape Alert

•

Drive

You can export the report into either a spreadsheet file or into a PDF file.

Pool

In the 

Select Components 

area of the pane, selectable Pools appear. Clicking the expand/collapse button 

causes an element expansion.
