The photovoltaic system
does not provide
enough power to
connect the inverter
(e.g. cloudy sky)
Wait until environmental conditions are
favourable
The inverter
indicates a fault
on one of the
StringComb.
One or more
parameters controlled
by the string box is/are
over the limit
Verify that the information in the PVI-
STRINGCOMB manual covers this series.
If necessary contact the dealer.
The inverter does
not receive DC
voltage from the
panels and
remains in Energy
save (SE)
a) DC switch is open.
b) Interruption in the DC
line
c) The field voltage is
insufficient
a) Close the DC switch placed on the front of
the inverter.
b) Are the DC cables connected? Is there an
open switch upstream?
c) check the DC voltage of the field.

Before contacting the dealer (Questionnaire)
In case of problems which cannot be solved directly, and in any event whenever it is necessary to
contact the dealer, we advice you to make a note of the following information:
19.2.1
Problems on the StringCombs

(4)
Where are they installed? (ground, roof, etc.)
(5)
Has the last PVI-STRINGCOMB(-S) of the series chain been terminated?
(6)
How many strings enter the PVI-STRINGCOMB(-S)?
