19.1.
FAQ (Frequently Asked Question)
Before the product is dispatched, various
tests are carried out successfully, in order to
check: the functioning, the protection
devices, the performances.
Such tests, together with the Power-One
quality assurance system, guarantee optimal
operation of AURORA.
If a problem arises, the following events
occur on one or all of the modules:
The red LED “
ALARM
” is always on
(ON)
The green LED “
POWER ON
” flashes

The module concerned, or all the
modules, disconnect from the grid.
In the case of breakdown, the system waits
60 seconds (standard value), then cancels
the fault signal and attempts to reconnect
to the distribution grid.
If, after this time, the system continues to
signal an error, deal with the problem
according to the following instructions.
Follow the indications in the following table
if the problem detected coincides with one
of the cases described.
If there are no doubts, and if none of the
solutions is of help, you must contact your
dealer.
