The accuracy of the CO

readings and respiration rates was tested
with a CO
2
square wave simulator.
Measurement Drift The periodic autozero function compensates for drifts between
components, and changes in ambient temperature and barometric
conditions. This automatic process eliminates variances that might
otherwise cause measurement drift. Therefore, the CO
2
function does
not exhibit drift.
