Getting Started — Before the installation

Projection direction

Various expressions are possible by combination of adjustment of the direction of the main unit as described

in “Adjusting the projection position” (

page 35) and the settings of the [SETUP] menu

[PROJECTION

METHOD] (

page 64) and the [VERTICAL FLIP] (

page 64).

The following illustration is an example when the projector is installed on the ceiling and [PROJECTION

METHOD] is set to [FRONT] and [VERTICAL FLIP] is set to [OFF].

Projection dimensions

Determine the installation position of wall mount or the setting position of floor standing referencing following

illustrations and projection distance dimensions. The size and position of the projected image can be adjusted

according to the area and position of the projection surface.
