If fire occurs on the same floor or the flow 
directly below, the base unit reports the fire. 
(neighborhood fire alarm)

fire has broken out in an 

neighbouring area. Please evacuate 

the premises in a safe manner.

Fire indication
Flashing in red

The fire indication will turn off after 
approximately 3 minute and the periphery of 
the MENU button will flash in red.

If recovery process is conducted in the 
Manager Room with the residential receiver, 
the alarm message stops automatically and 
the periphery of the MENU button, fire lamp 
and the door phone handset warning lamp 
will turn off.

● 

The periphery of the MENU button and 
fire lamp will keep flashing until 
restoration process is complete in the 
manger room. 

● 

It is also possible to turn off the fire 
indication within 3 minutes. (     Page 75)

Stop the alarm message after confirming 
that no fire is occurring in your 
neighborhood.

Fire has occurred in the vicinity of this 
place. Check the safety condition and 
immediately evacuate.

Warning, fire, fire. A fire has 

broken out. Please evacuate 

the premises in a safe manner.

When the detector detects fire, the base unit and 
the cordless handset of the door phone 
report the fire.

The fire indication will turn off after 
approximately 3 minute and the periphery of 
the MENU button will flash in red.

If the detector is restored, the alarm message 
automatically stops and the periphery of the 
MENU button, fire lamp and the alarm 
indicator lamp on the handset of the door 
phone will turn off.

The periphery of the MENU button, fire lamp 
and alarm indicator lamp will keep flashing 
until the detector is restored. 

● 

It is also possible to turn off the fire 
indication within 3 minutes. (     Page 75)

● 

Using gas/kerosene stove right under the 
heat detector may cause an erroneous 
report.

 

● 

A large amount of smoke/steam created by 
cooking fish/meat may cause the smoke 
detector to make an erroneous report.

Immediately go to the fire origin and check 
out the status, and then perform initial fire 
extinction, report to the authority, evacuation 
and so on accordingly.
