Setting

You can cancel the blue flashing (blue light) on the periphery of the MENU button. 
(Consult with the company that installed the system or the administrating company.)

The periphery of the MENU button 
is flashing in blue

They will be in standby 
status if they have not been 
touched for about 1 minute, 
and the periphery of the 
MENU button will flash in 
blue.

When you are on the line, notification of 
the receipt of voice mail appears on the 
sub-screen. When the conversation ends, 
the periphery of the MENU button flashes 
in blue.

Voice mail from the Manager Room 
is played back

Playback of voice mails starts.

When          is displayed, touch it to call the 
Manager Room.

Touch           to delete the voice mail.

Touch           to protect the voice mail.

When the playback ends, the screen turns to 
standby status (nothing is displayed on the 
screen).

Note

When           appears, confirmation of voice mails does not 
stop the blue flashing of the periphery of the MENU button 
until you call and talk with the manager room.
