Even when an elevator is operated in security mode, you can also operate the elevator by temporarily cancel 
the security operation rule through unlocking the main entrance and ID authentication operation by a resident. 

In an apartment building where the elevator system is not linked to the Apartment Building HA System, 
the procedure is If you do not know what equipment is installed, contact the administrating company or 
manager room.

This system prevents a suspicious intruder from moving around in the apartment building after entering 
behind a resident or a guest by restricting elevator operation (calling the elevator/specifying the destination 
floor).
For details about security operation, ask elevator manufacturers. 
If a person enters with security in operation and security is not disarmed from the base unit, it is not possible 
to call an elevator or specify a destination floor (button operation).
