Expire Date of the Gas Detector

●

To maintain functionality, the expiration date is set to the gas detector that is connected to the
base unit.

●

Make sure to replace it with a new gas detector before reaching the expiration date.
Make sure to confirm the operation after the replacement.

●

The gas detector must conform to the city gas detector wet contact output uniform standard
defined by Gas Alarm Industries Association of Japan. Choose one the following types.

●

Wet contact 2-stage output type

(normal conditions: DC6V, gas leak alarm: DC12V, device/wiring abnormality: 0V)

●

Wet contact 3-stage output type (with imperfect combustion (CO) alarm)

normal conditions: DC6V, gas leak alarm: DC12V,
imperfect combustion: DC18V, device/wiring abnormality: 0V

●

Only for the base unit for apartment buildings (VGDT item number)
