Calorics test
As we can see, the calculation of the VP has not changed when the velocity of the
spontaneous nystagmus has been subtracted, but the amount of the DP gets signifi-
cantly smaller.
4.7.8.3 Conclusion
To calculate the VP and DP correctly, the results of the irrigations have to be entered
with the correct sign into the sign adapted formulas. Also, the value of a spontaneous
nystagmus has to be subtracted, which doesn’t change the result for the VP, but
changes the DP significantly.

To edit the result double-click on one of the diagrams, or select
