General test information
Measurement windows
1. When the video goggle is fitted on the patient, click
Auto Adjust
to locate the
pupil.
2. Click
Start
to start the measurement and recording of the data.
3. Click
Record
to record a video of the eyes.
3.6.2 Video Goggles
The VNG video goggles contain video camera lenses and mirrors. The video image
displays on the monitor. Adjustments are done through the control knobs located on
the video goggles and through the software. The operator views the adjustment proc-
ess by looking at each eye on the video image that displays in the Auto Adjust box.

button
Left eye
button
In monocular mode, click on
Right eye
or
Left
eye
to change the eye been measured. The live
video will change accordingly
Record
button Record button: Enabled when the measurement is
started. Click to start hard disk recording of the
video. Click again to stop recording.
Note · Only one video clip (the last that was per-
formed) will be stored.
Repeat
button Enabled as soon as the dialog is in measurement
mode. Click to return to standby mode.
Note · To save multiple tests, select each new test
from the
New Test
tab.
Fixation
button Click to switch on the fixation light in the video
goggle. Whether it is desirable to switch on this
light depends on the kind of measurement being-
performed.
End
button Enabled when measurement is started. Click to
end measurement before the maximum measure-
ment time has expired. Data will be stored.
Mark
button Enabled when the measurement is started. Click
to set a mark into the tracing and enter some text.
Cancel
button Click to stop the measurement without storing
the data.
