Boundaries between Different Colors and Textures
If there are parts of the workpiece where the color or texture are significantly dif-
ferent, measurement errors can be reduced by mounting the Sensor in the way
shown below, i.e., so that the plane containing the emission axis and the recep-
tion axis is parallel to the boundary between the contrasting sections of the
workpiece.
