Setting Reading Conditions
Saving Reading Data (Store Data to MemCard)
The reading results recorded in the trend monitor can be saved in a Memory Card. Since the
data is saved in CSV format, it can be edited on a PC.
Data to be saved include statistical data, the read data and times of occurrence when alarms and
NG results occurred (up to 1000 events), and the reading results on the graph (up to 1000
results).
When
Store data to MemCard
is turned ON, a directory designated
TRENDMON
is automatically
created in the root directory of the Memory Card, and the data is saved under this directory.
CSV Format
: Statistic data
The maximum value, minimum value, and average value are saved for correlation first and then con-
trast.
: Reading results when alarms and NG results occurred
Up to 1000 NG results starting from the most recent are saved.
: Reading results on the graph
Up to 1000 results starting from the most recent data are saved.
The data is saved.
