REGOLAZIONE DEI SENSORI
ADJUSTING THE SENSORS
ATTENZIONE: Ogni intervento sulla macchina deve
essere effettuato con l’alimentazione elettrica e pneu-
matica interrotta!!!
Sui cilindri che movimentano le teste sono posizionati dei
sensori. Sul cilindro della testa fi ssa sono montati due
sensori (

) e (
2
) e hanno i seguenti compiti:
- Da il consenso di ritorno della testa in posizione di riposo
quando essa è arrivata a fi ne corsa.
- A un duplice scopo:
a) Da il consenso di apertura pressori (verticali e oriz-
zontali) quando la testa arriva in posizione di riposo.
b) Da il consenso per una nuova discesa delle teste.
Ogni sensore è provvisto di una vite di regolazione. Si
consiglia di non rimuovere mai la loro posizione assunta
in fase di collaudo. Il loro spostamento potrebbe creare
malfunzionamenti alla ciclica di lavoro.
Se si verifi casse la necessità di effettuare una regolazione,
posizionarsi a fi ne corsa con la testa interessata e regolare
la posizione del sensore riferendosi al “LED” luminoso di
cui ogni sensore è provvisto, il “LED” acceso indica l’esatta
posizione del sensore.
ATTENTION: this operation must be effected with the
machine running. It must therefore not be carried out
by the operator but by a qualifi ed member of the staff
who has been duly informed.
The cylinders that drive the heads feature a set of sensors.
The fi xed head’s cylinder features two sensors, (

) and (

),
that have the following functions:
- One sensor enables the head to return to its idle position
when it has reached the end of its stroke.
- Is dual purpose:
a) Gives consent to opening of pressers (vertical or
horizontal) when the head reaches the rest position.
b) Gives consent to new descent of heads.
All sensors feature an adjustment screw. Do not alter the
position of these screws, which is factory set.
Altering their position may lead to malfunctioning. If an
adjustment is required, go to end of stroke with relative
head and adjust the position of the sensor by referring to
the sensor’s luminous “LED”. A lighted “LED” indicates the
exact position of the sensor.
