SOSTITUZIONE DELLA LAMA
REPLACING THE BLADES
Tutte le operazioni descritte in questo capitolo valgono
per entrambe le teste:
ATTENZIONE:
L’UTENSILE UTILIZZATO DEVE AVERE
LA CARATTERISTICHE DESCRITTE A PAGINA 12. SI
RACCOMANDA L’UTILIZZO DI GUANTI DI PROTEZIONE
DURANTE L’ESECUZIONE DELL’OPERAZIONE DI
INSERIMENTO LAMA. ACCERTARSI DEL CORRETTO
INSERIMENTO, RELATIVAMENTE AL SENSO DI ROTA-
ZIONE, COME INDICATA DALLA FRECCIA PRESENTE
SUL CARTER COPRILAMA.FARE ATTENZIONE A NON
LASCIARE ALL’INTERNO DELLE CUFFIE UTENSILI DI
QUALSIASI GENERE.
Per sostituire la lama procedere come segue:
- Tramite un cacciavite (non in dotazione) svitare le viti
(

) e asportare la protezione mobile dal carter. Fig. 1.
- Svitare le due viti (
2
) ed asportare la protezione fi ssa (
3
).
Queste protezione è agganciata al corpo delle testa tra-
mite un cordino di acciaio. Tale cordino vuole metterem
in evidenza all’operatore l’
OBBLIGO
di rimontare tale
protezione. Fig. 2.
- Utilizzando la chiave Allen 8 mm. speciale (

) e la chiave
fi ssa a una bocca CH 32 (
5
), svitare il dado di serraggio
(
6
) ed asportare la fl angia esterna. Fig. 3
- Inserire la nuova lama sul mandrino ed assicurarsi che il
diametro del foro della lama sia appropriato. (In tal caso
vedere Pag. 12).
- Inserire la fl angia sul mandrino.
ATTENZIONE:
Prima
di eseguire il montaggio della fl angia esterna verifi care
l’assoluta pulizia della stessa. Verifi care l’assenza di
grasso oppure di lubrifi cante tra la lama e le due fl angia
di bloccaggio
. Bloccare a fondo il dado di serraggio.
- Rimontare la protezione fi ssa (

) per mezzo delle viti
(
2
). Rimontare la protezione mobile tramite le vite (
1
).
OGNI INTERVENTO SULLA MACCHINA DEVE ESSERE
EFFETTUATO CON L’ALIMENTAZIONE ELETTRICA E
PNEUMATICA INTERROTTE.
All operations described in this chapter apply to both
heads.
ATTENTION:
THE TOOL USED MUST HAVE THE
FEATURES LISTED ON PAGE 12. USE PROTECTIVE
GLOVES DURING THE BLADE INSERTION OPERA-
TIONS. MAKE SURE THE BLADE IS RUNNING IN THE
RIGHT DIRECTION, AS INDICATED BY THE ARROW
PRINTED ON THE BLADE GUARD. ATTENTION, MAKE
SURE THAT NO TOOLS ARE LEFT INSIDE THE BALDE
GUARD.
To replace the blade, proceed as follows:
- Using a screwdriver (not supplied), loosen the screws (

)
and remove the movable guard, Fig. 1 and 2.
- Loosen the two screws (
2
) and remove the fi xed guard
(
3
). This guard is fi xed to the head by means of a steel
cable. The steel cable reminds the operator that the
guard
MUST
be put back in place. Fig. 2.
- Use a special 8 mm Allen wrench (

) and a size 32 box
wrench (
5
) to unscrew the fi xing nut (
6
) and remove the
outer fl ange. Fig. 3
- Fit the new blade onto the spindle, making sure that the
blade hole is of an appropriate size. (see Page 12).
- Fit the fl ange onto the spindle.
ATTENTION:
before fi tting
the outer fl ange, make sure it is perfectly clean. Ensure
that there is no grease or lubricant between the blade
and the two fi xing fl anges.
Wrench the fi xing nut tightly.
- Refi t the fi xed guard (
3
) with the screws (
2
). Refi t the
movable guard with the screw (
1
).
ALL OPERATIONS ON THE MACHINE MUST BE EF-
FECTED WITH THE ELECTRICITY AND COMPRESSED
AIR SUPPLY LINES DISCONNECTED.
