ADJUSTING THE DOWNSTROKE
SPEED OF THE BLADES
ATTENZIONE: Questo intervento deve essere effettua-
to con la macchina in funzione e quindi non dall’ope-
ratore, ma da personale specializzato e debitamente
informato.
Le velocità di discesa e salita dei gruppi operanti può
essere facilmente regolata per mezzo di due dosatori
posti sui lati dei cilindri. Le condizioni ottimali comunque
vengono impostate in fase di collaudo.
Regolazione della discesa
Tra le due è decisamente la più importante in quanto in-
fl uenza direttamente l’aspetto della superfi cie di taglio. Per
diminuire la velocità di discesa avvitare la vite zigrinata del
dosatore (

). Fare il contrario per aumentarla.
Regolazione della salita
Per diminuire la velocità di salita avvitare la vite zigrinata
del dosatore (

). Fare il contrario peraumentarla.
ATTENTION: this operation must be effected with the
machine running. It must therefore not be carried out
by the operator but by a qualifi ed member of the staff
who has been duly informed.
The upstroke and downstroke speed of the cutting units
can be easily adjusted by means of the two dosing units
located on the sides of the cylinders. The optimum work-
ing conditions must in any case be set up during the fi nal
testing stage.
Adjusting the downstroke
This is the most important adjustment as it directly affects
the aspect of the cutting surface. To reduce the downstroke
speed, tighten the knurled screw of the dosing unit (

).
Loosen the screw to increase the speed.
Adjusting the upstroke
To reduce the upstroke speed, tighten the knurled screw
of the dosing unit (

). Loosen the screw to increase the
speed.
