EXPECTED USE
OF THE MACHINE
La macchina è una troncatrice a due teste che offre molte-
plici soluzioni di taglio veloci e ottimali. La testa di desta è
posizionabile alla quota voluta tramite l’apposito controllo
numerico. Esso inoltre offre la possibilità di programmare
la macchina per comporre varie liste di taglio garantendo
una ottimale velocità nelle operazioni di posizionamento
della testa mobile. Il pezzo è automaticamente bloccato
da 4 pressori (2 orizzontali e 2 verticali) e rimarrà tale fi no
a quando le teste non sono tornate in posizione di riposo.
Con tale macchine è possibile tagliare i seguenti materiali:
1. Legno e materiale composto a base di legno.
2. Materiale plastico.
The machine is a mitre saw with two heads that offers a va-
riety of rapid and effective cutting options. The right hand
head can be moved to the requested position by means
of a numeric control. The latter offers the possibility of
programming the machine for the execution of cutting lists,
thus granting the optimum speed during the positioning of
the mobile head. The workpiece is automatically held in
place by four clamps (2 horizontal and 2 vertical clamps).
The clamps hold the piece in place until the heads have
moved back to their idle position.
The machine is suitable for cutting the following materials:
1. Wood and wood-based materials.
2. Plastic.

di materiale ferroso ad esempio acciaio e ghisa.
2. La macchina non deve venire utilizzata per la troncatura
di materiale contenete resine fenoliche.
3. Uso in ambienti esterni o atmosfera esplosiva.
4. La macchina non deve venire utilizzata in operazioni
diverse da quelle esplicitamente indicate in questo Ma-
nuale Uso & Manutenzione, salvo approvazione scritta
formale della DIERREGI S.r.l.
5. La macchina non deve venire utilizzata per il taglio di
sezioni maggiori di quelle indicate nel Manuale Uso &
Manutenzione.
6. Non utilizzare la macchina se non é appoggiata in
modo stabile su di una superfi cie che ne garantisca la
necessaria sicurezza di utilizzo.
1. The machine must not be used for cutting ferrous ma-
terials such as steel or cast iron.
2. It must not be used outdoors or in an explosive atmos-
phere.
3. The machine must not be used without lateral support-
ing surfaces.
4. The machine must not be used for operations that dif-
fer from those specifi cally stated in this Operation and
Maintenance Manual without the formal written permis-
sion of DIERREGI S.r.l.
5. The machine must not be used for cutting workpieces
with cross-sections larger than those specifi ed in this
Operation and Maintenance Manual.
6. Do not use the machine if it is not fi xed securely and in
a stable manner to a fl at surface that assures adequate
safety.
