ORDINARIA E STRAORDINARIA
RULES FOR ROUTINE AND
SPECIAL MAINTENANCE
ATTENZIONE
LE RESPONSABILITÀ CIVILI E PENALI DEL CO-
STRUTTORE NON SARANNO ASSOLUTAMENTE
CITABILI per ogni e qualsiasi tipo di incidente e/o
danni a cose e persone derivanti da:
MANUTENZIONE ORDINARIA E STRAORDINA-
RIA, SOSTITUZIONE DI PARTI DI RICAMBIO, in
tutti i casi in cui l’Acquirente abbia incaricato
Personale proprio o non proprio NON espres-
samente qualifi cato e specializzato.
All’acquirente si raccomanda quanto segue
: interventi
agli apparati elettrici ed elettronici, pneumatici ed idraulici,
meccanici ed elettromeccanici,
DEVONO essere affi dati
a Personale esperto e specializzato
.
Le
parti di ricambio
, di qualsiasi natura (meccanica-
elettrica-pneumatica-elettronica-ecc.), devono essere
quelle
originali del costruttore
o altre compatibili che
siano state espressamente con esso concordate, auto-
rizzate ed accettate per iscritto.
Qualsiasi tipo di intervento sulla macchina e/o sulle re-
lative periferiche attuato al fi ne di: eliminare, disattivare i
dispositivi di sicurezza attivi e passivi, alterare le presta-
zioni, eliminare parti originali o aggiungere parti di terzi
(ove non diversamente autorizzato per iscritto),
implica
l’immediata ed automatica deresponsabilizzazione
civile e penale del costruttore
.
Per ogni e qualsiasi controversia l’autorità compe-
tente sarà il Foro di Modena.
ATTENTION
THE MANUFACTURER MAY ABSOLUTELY NOT
BE HELD LIABLE IN TERMS OF CIVIL OR CRIMI-
NAL LIABILITIES for any type of accident and/
or damage to objects or persons resulting from:
ROUTINE AND SPECIAL MAINTENANCE, RE-
PLACEMENT OF SPARE PARTS, in all cases in
which the Purchaser has had such operations
carried out by its own personnel or other per-
sonnel who are NOT expressly qualifi ed and
specialised.
The Purchaser is advised of the following:
any op-
erations on the electrical and electronic, pneumatic and
hydraulic, mechanical and electro-mechanical appara-
tuses
MUST be carried out by expert and specialised
personnel.
The
spare parts
, of any nature (mechanical-electrical-
pneumatic-electronic-etc.), must only be
original manu-
facturer’s spare parts
or other compatible parts that have
been expressly agreed upon, authorised and accepted
in writing.
Any type of operation on the machine and/or on the re-
spective peripherals carried out with the aim to: eliminate
or disactivate the active and passive safety devices, alter
the performance features, eliminate original parts or add
non-original parts (where not otherwise authorised in writ-
ing),
leads to the immediate and automatic elimination
of any civil and criminal liabilities on the part of the
manufacturer
.
For any dispute, the competent authority shall be the
Court of Modena.
