Sulla macchina sono presenti due dispositivi di frenatura
(

), uno per ogni motore. Tali dispositivi si trovano all’inter-
no del quadro elettrico. Il dispositivo di frenatura esegue
la sua azione per un tempo di 12 secondi dal momento
che l’operatore aziona il pulsante di arresto. Durante il
collaudo questo dispositivo viene regolato in modo che
la lama si arresti in un tempo di 6 + 7 secondi, in quanto
la normativa concede un tempo massimo di arresto di 10
secondi. Nel caso sia necessario eseguire una nuova re-
golazione, aprire il quadro elettrico ed inserire il cacciavite
nel punto (
2
) e (
3
). Ruotando in senso orario si aumenta
il tempo di arresto della lama. Ruotando in senso antiorario
si diminuisce il suddetto tempo. La rotazione in entrambi
i sensi non dovrà mai essere maggiore di 90°. Regolare
la macchina in modo che entrambi i motore si fermino nel
medesimo tempo.
Un tempo di arresto di 2 + 3 secondi
non è consigliabile in quanto l’avvolgimento del motore
può subire danni.
ATTENZIONE: In caso di caduta di tensione elettrica
durante la rotazione delle lame, il freno non è in grado
di garantire il tempo di arresto nominale. Accertarsi
dell’avvenuto arresto delle lame prima di avvicinarsi.
MOTOR BRAKE
The machine features two braking devices (

), one for
each motor. These devices are installed inside the switch-
board. The braking device executes its action for 12 sec-
onds from the moment in which the operator operates the
stop button. During the fi nal tests, this device is adjusted
so that the blade stops in about 6 + 7 seconds. Standards
establish that the maximum stopping time is 10 seconds.
If you need to modify adjustment, open up the switchboard
and insert a screwdriver in points (
2
) and (
3
).
Turn clockwise to increase blade stopping time or counter-
clockwise to reduce. Do not turn the screwdriver either
clockwise or counter-clockwise by more than 90°. Adjust
the machine so that both motors take the same time to
stop.
A stopping time of 2 + 3 seconds is not recommend-
able as the motor may go subject to damage.
CAUTION: if a power supply occurs while the blades
are spinning, the brake can no longer guarantee
the rated stopping time. Make sure the blades have
stopped before approaching the machine.
