00 cannot be printed.
Note 2: If no message is stored in that personal box, the display will
indicate that there is no data in memory.
Note 3: If you want to clear the personal box without printing,
immediately press the STOP key in Step 4. The display will
prompt you to confirm that you wish to cancel. Press the YES
key to clear the personal box.
Dual access
The advanced dual access feature of your fax machine allows you to load
and prepare documents for transmission while your fax machine is
sending or receiving another message, or automatically printing reports.
This feature reduces the time you must spend waiting for other operations
to finish.
Note: If the display indicates that transmission is already activated
you cannot place or scan documents. If this is the case, wait
until this message disappears.
While sending faxes
After your fax machine has finished scanning a document into memory
and is transmitting from memory, you can:
• Load another document and prepare it for transmission.
• Continue to load documents as long as there is memory available on
your fax machine. When the first transmission is complete, the next
fax is automatically sent.
• Make copies.
While receiving faxes
While your fax machine is receiving faxes, you can:
• Load another document and prepare it for transmission.
• Continue to load documents as long as there is memory available on
your fax machine. When the first reception is complete, the next fax
is automatically sent.
