Broadcast confirmation report
Use this report to confirm the results of a multiple-location transmission
(or broadcast). Information provided on this report includes:
•
The date and time at which the broadcast started.
•
The total amount of time used to complete the broadcast.
•
For each location, the Location ID or telephone number, the number
of pages sent and the result of the communication.
Note:
If there have been no transmissions to multiple locations
(broadcast) then this report cannot be printed.
Active memory files report
The active memory files report provides a list of all fax messages stored
in the memory of your fax machine, such as documents waiting for
transmission or documents which have been received and not yet printed.
Information provided on this report includes:
•
RECEPTION:
prints out memory reception information.
ENTRIES lists the number of received messages stored up in your
facsimile unit’s memory.
PAGES lists the total number of pages received.
•
PERSONAL BOX:
prints out set up status of your mailboxes
(Confidential Reception, ITU Bulletin Polling Transmission).
BOX NO. describes the mailboxes that are in use.
MODE describes the mailbox types.
ENTRIES lists the number of received messages stored up in each
confidential mailbox.
PAGES lists the total number of pages in each mailbox.
•
POLLING TX/RX:
prints out information on standard one-time
polling transmission and standard bulletin polling transmission,
standard Polling reception and ITU polling reception.
MODE indicates that mailbox 00 is in use for Standard one-time
polling or standard bulletin polling transmission.
Note that
mailbox 00 is not printed
PAGES lists the total number of pages in mailbox 00. With
standard polling and ITU polling reception waiting for redial, the
date, time and remote Location ID (or telephone number) are
printed.
