2. Press the YES key and the display prompts you to confirm
cancellation of the document waiting to be polled.
3. Press the YES key and the polling transmission is cancelled.
ITU bulletin polling
To cancel an ITU bulletin polling transmission, you have to close the
personal mailbox as follows:
1. Press the SELECT FUNCTION key.
2. Press the 9/USER PROGRAM One Touch key.
3. Using the numeric keypad, press number 5. The display confirms
that you have selected the personal box program.
4. Press the YES key and the display prompts you to enter the personal
box number.
5. Using the numeric keypad, enter the number of the personal
mailbox you want to close and press the YES key. The display will
prompt you to confirm the box number.
6. Press the NO key until the display prompts you to close the personal
box number.
7. Press the YES key and the display prompts you to confirm the
deletion.
8. Press the YES key and the personal mailbox is closed.
Printing ITU bulletin messages
If you want to check any ITU bulletin messages stored in a personal
mailbox, you can print the messages as follows:
1. Press the SELECT FUNCTION key.
2. Press the 2/PRINT OPERATION One Touch Key. The display will
prompt you to print the memory message(s).
3. Press the YES key. The display will prompt you to enter the
personal box number.
4. Using the numeric keypad, enter the number of the personal box
then press the YES key. Your fax machine then prints the message
stored in the personal mailbox.
