Press the YES key. The display will prompt for entry of the delayed
time.

Using the numeric keypad, enter the time on which you wish the
transmission to begin.
Note 1:
[xx/xx] indicates the time you have entered using the numeric
keypad.
Note 2:
Enter the time using the 24-hour clock, i.e., 8:00
a.m
. would be
entered as
08:00
and 8:00
p.m
. would be entered as
20:00.

Press the YES key. The display prompts you to select location.

Select your location as follows.
Note 1:
If the user function memory feeder switch has been set to
FEED
and you are sending a delayed fax to a single location, your
document remains on the document feeder until your
programmed date and time. This prevents you from sending
further faxes until your delayed fax has been sent.
Note 2:
If the user function memory feeder switch has been set to
MEM
and you are sending a delayed fax to a single location, your
document is scanned into memory. When the programmed date
and time is reached, your document is sent.
10. Repeat the above procedure if you want to send another delayed
fax. Please note that you can only program a maximum of twenty
delayed transmissions into the memory of your fax machine.

A One Touch key
Press the One Touch key. Lift the main One touch keypad to
access One touch keys 21 to 40. If the display asks for
confirmation of your selection, press the START key.
Auto Dial number
Press AUTO DIAL key, then enter the 3 digit Auto Dial code
number on the numeric keypad. If display asks for confirmation
of your selection, press the START key.

Dial as you would on a normal telephone and press the START
key. If the ISDN G4 option is fitted, the fax machine shows the
current transmission mode G3 or G4. To select the current
setting, press the YES key. To change the current setting,
press the NO key first and confirm this new setting with the
YES key.
