Also be careful and add the ingredients in the right order. Place the yeast in a hollow in the flour when
using the timer function. Rising may start too soon if the yeast gets in contact with the liquid.

Do not use too big a portion of coarse flour and grains or similar, which retard the raising power.
•
Important: A bread made of coarse flour and heavy ingredients will not become as high as, and
does not get the same nice round crust, as a bread made solely with light flour. Instead it will
get a compact and succulent texture, and will become better if resting until the next day.

Do not open the lid during the baking process.
