Connecting a disk
shelf to the chassis
To connect a disk shelf to the chassis, complete the following steps.

Action

Put on the antistatic wrist strap and grounding leash.
2
Make sure that the chassis and the disk shelves are turned off.
3
Connect each disk shelf to the chassis using the supplied SCSI cables
(SCSI LVD VHDCI-68P), as shown in the following illustration.
