"Fan Failure Policy" is factory set to "Allow Operation with Critical Fan
Failures."
If NEC ESMPRO ServerAgentService is installed, set "Thermal Shutdown" to
"Disabled" because shutdown at high temperature is executed by NEC
ESMPRO ServerAgentService.
