Installing and Using Utilities 5-7
Master Control Menu
The Master Control Menu automatically appears
when the “NEC EXPRESSBUILDER”
CD-ROM is loaded on a computer running
Windows (Windows 95 or later or Windows NT
4.0 or later).
TIPS:
Depending on the condition of the system, the
menu may not be automatically started. In such
a case, execute the file below on the CD-ROM
from Windows Explorer or by other means:
\MC\1ST.exe
From the Master Control Menu, you can install various software which runs on Windows or view
online documents.
TIPS:
Some online documents are provided in the PDF format. Acrobat Reader of Adobe Systems
Incorporated is required for viewing such files. If it is not installed, click [Setup] - [Acrobat
Reader] and install Acrobat Reader.
To use the Master Control Menu, click items displayed on the window or use the shortcut menu
which is displayed by right-clicking.
IMPORTANT:
Before ejecting the CD-ROM, close all online documents and terminate tools started from the
Master Control Menu and Menu.
