Output frequency detection (FU (FB) signal, FU2 (FB2) signal, FU3 (FB3) signal, Pr. 42,
Pr. 43, Pr. 50, Pr. 116)
When the output frequency rises to or above the Pr. 42 setting, the output frequency detection
signal (FU) is output. This function can be used for electromagnetic brake operation, open sig-
nal, etc.
The FU (FU2, FU3) signal is output when the output frequency reaches the set frequency. While
the FB (FB2, FB3) signal is output when the actual rotation detection speed (during real sen-
sorless vector control : speed estimated value, during vector control : feedback value) of the
motor reaches the set frequency. The FU signal and FB signal are output simultaneously during
V/f control and advanced magnetic flux vector control.
When the detection frequency is set in Pr. 43, frequency detection used exclusively for reverse
rotation can also be set. This function is effective for switching the timing of electromagnetic
brake operation between forward rotation (rise) and reverse rotation (fall) during elevator oper-
ation, etc.
When Pr. 43
≠
"9999", the Pr. 42 setting applies to forward rotation and the Pr. 43 setting applies
to reverse rotation.
When outputting a frequency detection signal besides the FU signal, set the detection frequency
in Pr. 50 or Pr. 116.The FU2 (FB2) signal (FU3(FB3) signal if Pr. 116 or more) is output when
the output frequency reaches or exceeds the Pr. 50 setting.
For each signal, assign functions to Pr. 190 to Pr. 196 "Output terminal function selection" refer-
ring to the table below..
