Remove the dry media and replace it with
new media. Store media wrapped and in a
relative humidity of at least 30%.
The transfer roller or
fuser unit may be
misinstalled or
defective.
Confirm the proper installation of the items,
and check them for damage. If necessary,
replace them.
Unsupported media is
being used.
Use MINOLTA-QMS-approved media. See
“What media types are supported?” on page

approved media.
Entire sheet
is printed in
black or
color.
The imaging unit is old
or damaged.
Remove the imaging unit and check for

The media is moist

new, dry media.
