• Turn off the main power to the machine and

turn it on after a while.
If the same error message appears again,
contact your local distributor to call for ser-
vice.

The media width or the media length
required for printing is not enough.

• Change the media to the one with enough

width or length.

• When the media width narrows because

the origin moved, slide the origin to the right
to widen the effective media width.

The parameter has an error.

• Turn off the main power to the machine and

turn it on after a while.

• If the same error message appears again,

contact your local distributor to call for ser-
vice.
