Chapter 13 Maintenance

Chapter 13 Maintenance

Important note: The work described in this section of these instructions may only be per-
formed by qualified personnel to prevent damage to the instrument.

Before maintenance, cleaning and/or repair work, the device must absolutely be deenergised
(zero potential).

13.1 General maintenance

l

Regularly check the myDatalogNANOamr for mechanical damage.

l

Check all of the connections for leaks or corrosion on a regular basis.

l

Check all of the cables for mechanical damage at regular intervals.

l

Clean the myDatalogNANOamr with a soft, moist cloth. Use a mild cleaning agent, if necessary.

13.2 Replacing the battery pack

Important note: When replacing the battery pack under adverse weather conditions or site
locations where water can enter from above, find a suitable dry location for replacing the bat-
tery pack. If this is not possible, protect the opened device against penetrating moisture
using suitable means.
