Sensor arm is not in upper position
- Check free movement
- Check emergency off
- Wait for active movement
- Check light barrier (alignment, free path of beam)
Sensor arm is not in lower position
- Check free movement
- Check emergency off
- Wait for active movement
- Check light barrier (alignment, free path of beam)
Traversing unit is not in home position
- Check free movement of the carriages
- Wait for active movement of the unit
Calibration part is not in position
- Check free movement of pivoting arm
- Check emergency off
- Check light barrier (alignment, free path of beam)
- Check compressed air
Sensor signal very noisy !!! - Please
check and clean the sensors
- Check ambient light
- Check for contamination of the sensor glasses on inside
and outside
Waiting for the release of the travers-
ing unit.
- Wait for time x until the sensor head is in position
Displacement of both axes - Please check
their positions. Accuracy is probably
out of limit!
- Check distances of carriages to limit switches in homing
position
- Check marks on the limit switches for misalignment
Test travel canceled - sensor gap is not
empty!!!
- Check roller for contamination
- Check measuring gap or roller for material
- Stop button in software was pressed
The difference between current and de-
livery gap value is too high!
- Check calibration part and sensors for contamination
- Check position of laser line on calibration part (cen-
tered?)
- If ambient temperature is cold: Let sensors warm up
