in the system overview. The necessary maintenance steps for the warning or alarm is
explained in more detail in the chapter “Maintenance”.
After maintenance or service has been performed, the interval must be reset by pressing
the Reset button.
Under the
Axis
section, the currently produced length is displayed as in the System
Overview.
With the
Export
button all gap values with the corresponding date and time can be
exported to a file.
5.11.4 LLT Dialog
When parameterizing and analyzing the measurement this tool can be used as an aid.
The dialog processes the raw data of the laser scanner in an oscilloscope view and is
divided into three sections
- Setup display,
- Configuration setup and
- LLT’s Info
divided. In addition, the sensor values are displayed in the coordinate system.

Setup display: several functions are differed in the display settings. The function Show
reticule (gridlines) shows gray gridlines in the background. The functions Show distance
upper LLT resp. Show distance lower LLT represent the measurement points of the upper
and lower laser scanner in the defined color. The functions Show intensity upper LLT and
Show intensity lower LLT display
the intensities of the measuring points obtained from the reflected laser. In addition, the
corresponding regression lines can be displayed with the check boxes.
Configuration setup: a measurement can be stopped via the Stop button, and then star-
ted again within the setup settings. The Config LLT button opens the configuration dialog
of the calculation parameters and is not accessible to the user. The tolerance limits for
the distance measurements of the displacement sensors are combined with a master
value using the Gap upper LLT checkbox.
