Traversal speed
The traversal speed set here is only used for a short pe-
riod of time i.e. until next recall of an article. With a recall
of articles traversal speed of article master is used again.
Additive correction
consonant
The result of the thickness measurement is corrected ad-
ditively with this consonant. Thereby differences between
contact and non-contact measurements can be compen-
sated.
Air flushing type
The parameter defines when air purging is used. There
are 4 different types: during calibration, during measure-
ment, permanent and never.
Calibration interval
The parameter defines the time interval between calibra-
tions.
Measurement files
path
Here you can set where the measuring files are to be
saved, for example on the network.
Decimal places
Using this parameter, the user can set the number of
digits after the decimal point that are displayed for the
thickness values.
System of units
This is where the user can select between
metric
or
imperial
measuring systems.
Thickness unit
The user can select from among mm, µm, inch, or mil
depending on the system of units set.
