Menu Favorites
There is the function of grouping frequently used menu items together in a favorites
menu. This means that you do not have to navigate to the submenu every time and
search for the menu item.
The compilation of the favorites menu works as follows:
Long-click on the desired menu item with the mouse or, if a touchscreen is installed,
press and hold the desired menu item.
The following menu then appears.
With the command
Add to favorites
the menu item is added to the favorites.
Then the menu item
Favorites
is created in the main menu. See below.
All added points are displayed in the favorites menu. In the example, two menu items
have been added.
The menu items can also be removed. The same procedure must be followed as for
adding the menu items.
The following menu then appears.
The Remove from favorites command removes the menu item.
If the favorites menu no longer contains any menu items, it will also be removed. Menu
items can always be added or removed.
The layout must be saved so that all changes are accepted.

All further columns display the thickness value - depending on project settings - in [µm],
[mm], [inch] resp. [mil] of a measuring point. At 80 measuring spots, 81 columns are
written. Per cross-profile another row is added in this file. A binary file (extension .bme)
is saved parallel to this ASCII file. It contains additional information, an analysis of these
measuring results can be carried out by means of the
Offline Analysis
tool which is
separately available from Micro-Epsilon.
Measurement data is automatically deleted after 30 days.
