To Set the Baud Rate
1)
Push
SETUP
followed immediately by the
PRINT key. The message reads “COM-
PORT1”.
2)
Push
ENTER
. The message reads “FOR-
MAT”.
3)
Push the
DOWN
key to locate the “SET-
TINGS” sub-menus.
4)
Push
ENTER
. The first sub-menu choice in
the Settings menu is “BAUDRATE”.
5)
Push
ENTER
. The current Baud Rate is
displayed.
6)
Use the
UP
or
DOWN
key to scroll
through the available Baud Rates.
7)
When the desired rate is shown, push
ENTER
. You are now back in the “SET-
TINGS” Menu.In this example we’ll
change the Baud Rate to 19,200.
8)
Either use the
UP
/
DOWN
scroll keys to
select another SETTINGS menu or push the
EXIT
key three times to return to normal
scale operation.
Each push of the EXIT key will backup 1 menu
level.
