To Define the Function Keys
1)
Push
SETUP
. First the LCD will display
the SETUP Screen, then the first setup
menu item is “KEY FCTN”.
In this example we’ll change the function of the
SET POINTS key (F2) to “PEAK HOLD”.
2)
Push
ENTER
. You are now in the KEY
FUNCTION Menu. The LCD reads
“ASSGN F1”.
3)
Push the
UP
Scroll key to change to
“ASSGN F2”.
4)
Push
ENTER
. The Function Key selection
list is shown.
5)
Use the
UP/DOWN
keys to scroll through
all the functions that
F2
key can be set to.
Stop on “PEAKHOLD”. Note: If you hold
down the scroll key it will start to incre-
ment automatically.
6)
Push
ENTER
to assign the PEAKHOLD
function to
F2
. The display shows the menu
item “ASSGN F2”.
7)
Push
EXIT
(
SETUP
) twice to return to
normal scale operation, or assign another
Function key using steps 3-6.
