Maintenance

Chain lubrication

When the implement is equipped with the “automatic chain lubrication

[+]” supplementary equipment, the chains will be supplied with the cor-

rect amount of oil by this system. The oil level in the reservoir must be

checked every day.

In the absence of this supplementary equipment, the bale chamber

chains must be lubricated with chain lubricant several times a day or

every 200 bales, depending on which occurs first.

Filling

> Open the left-hand side door.

> Check the oil level.

> Fill the oil level up to 3.5 litres maximum.

> Close the left-hand side door.

Adjusting the oil

> Turn the washer disc:

Clockwise to increase the conveying capacity.

•

Counter-clockwise to reduce the conveying capacity.
