9 Job Management
9.1 Overview of the Job List Screen
The Job List Screen develops into the following types.
It also allows you to check or operate print or scan jobs in addition to copy jobs.

Press [JOB LIST] tab on the screen.
The Job List Screen will be displayed.

Use the keys provided in the upper area of the Job List Screen to navigate to each screen.

Press [Job] to display the Job Active/Suspend List Screen. See page 9-4 for details.

Press [Schedule] to display the Schedule Screen. See page 9-15 for details.

Press [Output History] to display the Output History Screen. See page 9-28 for details.

Press [Send History] to display the Send History Screen. See page 9-30 for details.

Press [Incomplete History] to display the Incomplete History Screen. See page 9-32 for details.

Press [Spool] to display the Spool Screen. See page 9-34 for details.
Screen Description
Job Active/Suspend List
Screen Displayed first when [JOB LIST] tab is pressed. This screen allows you to
check or operate active or suspended jobs on the list.
Schedule Screen Displayed when [Schedule] is pressed on the Job List Screen. This screen
shows the active jobs listed on the Job Active/Suspend List Screen using
bars. It also allows you to change the order of reserved jobs from the job
bar display or to change the paper tray specified for a reserved job.
Output History Screen Displayed when [Output History] is pressed on the Job List Screen. This
screen provides a listing of output history. It allows you to check the details
of output jobs.
Send History Screen Displayed when [Send History] is pressed on the Job List Screen. This
screen provides a listing of send history.
Incomplete History Screen Displayed when [Incomplete History] is pressed on the Job List Screen. This
screen provides a listing of incomplete jobs.
Spool Screen This screen provides a listing of spool (Wait for RIP or Receiving) jobs.
