2.2 Turning On/Off the Power 2
You can turn on the main power switch as in a usual operation, even after the machine has been powered
off automatically.

2.2.4 Continuing the Job the Next Day
If the sub power switch is turned off while there is a print job in progress or a reserved/suspended job, one
of the following two messages is displayed.

When the job can be continued the next day: [Reserved/Suspended job is left / If power turned off now,
that job cannot be output]
-
When the job cannot be continued the next day: [Cannot be continued next day in this condition / To
continue with output, turn on the power]
Perform an operation according to the message displayed.
When the job can be continued the next day and will be continued:

To save the reserved/suspended job on the HDD of the main body, press [OFF After Storing Data].

The sub power switch will be turned off automatically after the data storing process is completed.
When the sub power switch is turned on again, the data can be read from HDD to be output.
ErP Setting Turns the main power switch OFF automatically when the machine re-
mains in the following conditions for a certain period of time with the main
power switch kept ON:
• The sub power switch is OFF.
• Auto Shut OFF is activated.
• Auto Low Power is activated.
One of the following options is selected for the time to turn off the main
power switch : Do Not Switch, 12 Hours, 24 Hours, 36 Hours, 48 Hours, 60
Hours, 72 Hours.
