How to Access the Schedule Screen

The bar for the current output job indicates the remaining amount of that job, becoming shorter over
time.

A job bar will be displayed in the job bar display after the machine completes scanning the original or
transferring images from the image controller.

The required time shorter than a minute will be indicated as a minute.

Make settings to output a job.

Use Reserve or Recall function to output multiple jobs.

Press [JOB LIST] tab to display the Job List Screen.

Press [Schedule] on the Job List Screen.
10 Paper setting dialog Appears when a bar in the job bar display is pressed.
It provides detailed paper setting and information of
the selected job.
11 [All Set.] Displays all the setting information of the selected job.
12 [-] [+] Pressed to change the scale of the job bar display.
13 [Unit Change] Pressed to toggle between the time frame and timeta-
ble.
14 [Tray Setting] Pressed to change the Tray Setting for reserved jobs.
15 Paper Mismatch Displays the job bar of a job for which paper size and
paper conditions to be used are not set.
16 Paper tray items Displays the paper size, remaining amount of paper,
and paper weight/type specified for the tray in Tray
Setting.
17 Timetable/Time Frame Displays time required to output active jobs or re-
served jobs using the time frame or the clock time.
