Position the original.

Position a sheet of the original face up in the ADF .
The original will be automatically fed and scanned.

When scanning is completed, a dialog will be displayed.
Return to the previous step to continue scanning with the same copy conditions.
If any setting change for the next original is desired, press [Change Setting].
The Copy Screen will be displayed with the keys functional only for available setting changes.
Change the setting as desired, then return to the previous step.

When scanning is completed, press [Scan Complete].

Enter the desired print quantity, then press Start on the control panel .
All the data in memory will be output.
6.1.6 Copying Non-Standard Size Original: Custom Size
The machine usually detects the standard size of the original fed through the ADF or positioned on the orig-
inal glass (Standard Size mode).
Use the Custom Size mode to specify the desired scanning area, irrespective of actual size of the original.
This function also allows you to specify the desired special size in 1 mm increments, and to recall the regis-
tered size when needed.

Custom sizes can be registered. Registered size information can be utilized later for both original and print
paper size settings. For details, see Section 3 of the POD Administrator's Reference.

Press [COPY] tab to display the Copy Screen.

Press [Original Setting].
The Original Setting Screen will be displayed.
