Job Active/Suspend List Screen

Changing Output Order
Follow the procedure below to change the output order of jobs on the Active list.
NOTICE
This operation does not allow a job to be output prior to the current output job. Use Prior Print to suspend
the job currently printed in order to give prior output to a job marked as Valid on the Active list. See page 9-6
for details.

Press [JOB LIST] tab on the screen.

Press [Job] on the Job List Screen if you find [Job] is not highlighted.

Select the job to be changed in output order on the Active list.

When the list extends to more than one page, scroll up and down the list with the up and down ar-
rows.

Select the row of the desired Valid job. You cannot select more than one row.

Press [To Top] or [Up].

With [To Top] pressed, the job selected in step 2 moves up next to the current output job.

With [Up] pressed, the job selected in step 2 slides up by one in printing order. Every time you press
[Up], it slides up by one on the list.

Jobs cannot be moved down.

Moving a Job from Active List to Suspend List
Follow the procedure below to move a job from the Active list to the Suspend list in order to suspend the
output operation for that job. You can change the settings of a suspended job using Ticket Edit function.
